First, call up GardenFocused and get your version of the calendar on the screen.

LAPTOP OR PC PLUS WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM

Hold down the Ctrl button (normally bottom left of the keyboard) and press the “p” character.

If you are using the Microsoft Edge browser your only option then is to print.

If you are using the Chrome browser:

A screen will show with the calendar on the left and a Print panel on the right.

At the top of the Print panel you will see “Destination” .

The “destination” can either be your printer or Save as PDF.

To immediately print select your printer and print as normal.

For a PDF, which can be saved to you computer and then printed:

Select Save as PDF as the option.

Press the Save button at the bottom left of the Print Panel. Select a place where you want to save the file – Desktop is a good place but anywhere will do as long as you remember where you saved it to.

Go to your desktop and you will see the file there, click on it and the calendar will open as a PDF document which can be printed. Look above the calendar and you will see the printer icon, click it and print as normal.

Click the up arrow within a square icon top right of screen, and scroll down the option list to Print; select or enter the name of the preferred printer, and click Print.
